HolySmoke BBQ

This Saturday i had the privilege to visit HolySmoke BBQ in Bräcke, Sweden.

I had the BBQ-platter (bread, coleslaw, cucumber and pickled red onions), added Pork Ribs and Pit Beans. The taste was authentic, spicy and smokey, the meat just cooked in to perfection - falling of the bone and tender to melt in your mouth. RATING: Delicious food and great service.
